Special School Bond Election Proposition A

Shall the Board of Education of the Climax Springs R-IV School District, Missouri, borrow money in the amount of Ten Million Five Hundred Thousand Dollars ($10,500,000) for the purpose of providing funds for the acquisition of land, site development, construction and equipping of a new school building and issue bonds for the payment thereof resulting in an estimated increase to the debt service property tax levy of $0.80 per one hundred dollars of assessed valuation? If this Proposition A is approved, the adjusted debt service levy of the School District is estimated to increase from $0.00 to $0.80 per one hundred dollars of assessed valuation of real and personal property. If the Proposition A and Proposition B are both approved, the Proposition B will become null and void.

Special School Bond Election Proposition B

Shall the Board of Education of the Climax Springs R-IV School District, Missouri, borrow money in the amount of Five Million Dollars ($5,000,000) for the purpose of providing funds to demolish a portion of the current facilities due to structural concerns and issue bonds for the payment thereof resulting in an estimated increased to the debt service property tax levy of $0.40 per one hundred dollars of assessed valuation? If this Proposition B is approved the adjusted debt service levy of the School District is estimated to increase from $0.00 to $0.40 per one hundred dollars of assessed valuation of real and personal property.
