Shall the County of Benton be authorized to extend the current countywide sales tax at the rate of one half of one percent (0.5%) for a period of 10 years from the date on which such tax is first imposed for the purpose of improvement to roads and bridges, to upgrade equipment and to upgrade, maintain, and repair county facilities and equipment?

Benton County R-II School District

Proposition KIDS (Keep Improving District Schools)

Shall the Board of Education of the Benton County R-II School District, Missouri, be authorized to increase the operating tax levy ceiling to $3.50 per one hundred dollars of assessed valuation for the purpose of improving building security, heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems; acquiring school buses for student transportation; hiring and retaining qualified staff, maintaining its facilities and meeting operating expenses? If this proposition is approved, the adjusted operating levy of the School District is estimated to increase by $0.75 to $3.50 per one hundred dollars of assessed valuation for the 2015 Tax Year and can be applied to the assessed valuation for each year thereafter.
